ACTEV Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s anything wrong with your order, we’ll make it right.

Refund Eligibility: If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if there’s an error with your order, we’ll gladly issue a full refund.

How to Request a Refund: Contact us at support@actev.ca with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll review your request and process your refund promptly.

Refund Process: Once approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Window:
You have 10 days from the date your order was placed to request a return.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
